On Monday, December 18, at 14:00, the draw for the 1/16 final was held at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. Europa League 2023/24.

16 teams are participating in the last 16 rounds of the Europa League: 8 teams finished second in the Europa League group stage (ranked) and 8 teams finished third in the Champions League group stage (unranked).
