With Maccabi Haifa or Apollon Limassol in the Europa League playoffs if they eliminate Slovan
Olympiacos will be invited to face pair’s loser Maccabi Haifa – Apollon Limassol in the Europa League playoffs if they clear Slovan Bratislava’s hurdle.
The draw for the Europa League playoffs took place on Tuesday (2 August). Olympiacos if he manages to pass the Slovan barrier in the 3rd qualifier will face the loser of the pair Maccabi Haifa – Apollo Limassol.
In a few words, the red and white could meet Maccabi Haifa again, from which they were eliminated in the second qualifying round of the Champions League, a possibility Sportish had reported on since Monday.
The first leg takes place on August 18 with Piraeus visiting, with the second leg a week later on August 25 in Karaiskakis. The games will be broadcast by COSMOTE TV.
We remind you that if the Red-Whites qualify against Slovan, they are guaranteed a presence in the Conference League groups.
