Football League: Kalamata climbed to the top, a win for Niki Volou
Kalamata beat Egaleo 2-0 to advance to first place in the Football League’s Southern Club. Important victory by Niki Volos over Kallithea 1-0.
On Maundy Thursday (April 29th) the 8th game of the Southern Club of the Football League was concluded with two games. Kalamata was able to prevail with a goal in 87 ‘by Felipe and in 90 + 2’ by Triantaphyllakis with 2-0 against Egaleo and thus managed to rise to the top of the league.
The Black Storm reached 15 points and is +1 from Ialyssos and +2 from Rhodes. On the other hand, Egaleo ranks 7th with 9 points.
Niki Volou took an important win after leaving the last two places with 7 points. The Volos team beat Kallithea 1-0, which stayed at 12 points and lost ground in the pursuit of the top. The goal was scored in the 4th minute by Antonio Rohano.
