Five Atletico fans arrested for racist attack on Vinicius in derby with Real Madrid
Five Atletico fans have been arrested by the Spanish authorities, who are accused of a racist attack with abusive slogans against Vinicius before the derby against Real last Sunday (September 18).
Atletico fans chanted racist slogans against Vinicius outside the Metropolitano ahead of the derby with Real, while footage showed them holding a doll in a merengues shirt to poke fun at it.
The Madrid authorities they discovered with the help of the material of the cameras five rojiblancos fans responsible for the racist chants heard against the Real forward and who arrested them.
Three of them are said to be Atlético season ticket holders, the Spanish club announced that they would be kicked out of the club permanently.
