A blow to Barcelona at the back, Cude and Araujo are injured and will miss Inter and Real games
Barcelona suffered a double setback when Gilles Cute and Ronald Araujo were injured in the national team. Both are out for at least a month and will miss the games against Inter and Real.
Barcelona suffered a heavy blow during the national team break as he sustained an injury Gilles Coudet and Ronald Araujo and according to Mundo Deportivo, both will be sidelined for at least a month.
The Catalans didn’t mention their estimated return in their official update, just the nature of the injury. The French stopper suffered a blow to his left biceps femoris, while Araujo sustained a ruptured right adductor longus tendon. It’s about muscle problems.
Within the next month, the Catalans are set to play two crucial games against Inter in the Champions League (home and away) as well as ‘El Clasico’ with Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu for La Liga.
