Ancelotti: “This Real Madrid is one of the best teams I’ve ever had, if not the best”
Carle Ancelotti praised his players after the Sevilla win, claiming that this Real Madrid side is probably the best side he has ever coached in his career.
Not even Sevilla could stop this year’s great Real, with Carlo Ancelotti’s side overcoming another obstacle, that of the Andalusian, to win 3-1.
The Italy coach praised his players in the final when he ranked the current ‘Merengues’ team among the best of his career.
“It’s a team that I enjoy coaching, that doesn’t give me any problems, that respects what we do and the decisions. This team is one of the best, if not the best, that I’ve ever had.
When players come off the bench and make a difference, it means the team is healthy. It’s a time of the season when we don’t have to look too closely, but we have to persevere.
We have to keep going and try to win the games.” were Ancelotti’s words.
