His partner David Alaba’s father and celebrity chef, Frank Hepner, has been arrested along with dozens of others over the planned coup in Germany.

The developments in Germany in the case of the violent overthrow of the state planned by the right-wing extremist organization “Reichsbürger” are stormy.

On Wednesday, the country’s anti-terrorist police arrested 25 members and more than 3,000 people took part in the operation, according to federal prosecutors and the anti-crime service, NEWS24/7 reports.

The search continues in Kitzbuehel, Austria, where reports say David Alaba’s father-in-law and so-called “German Gordon Ramsay”, Sir Frank Hepner, has been arrested. The 62-year-old is the father of Salimar Heppner, who has been the Austrian international’s partner since 2017.

Hepner runs a restaurant in the Austrian city and is said to have held several meetings with members of the Reichsbürger in order to take over the supply of the organization and take over all the canteens of the new German Reich after the planned coup. According to the Kronen Zeitung, he and a former paratrooper are said to run the “Internal Security Company”, which owns Germany’s canteens.

According to the Austrian newspaper Die Presse, Hepner is suspected of providing members of the organization with food, cooking utensils and generators and allegedly using his credit card to buy a caravan for the organization.

His arrest is said to have taken place on Wednesday evening in the five-star hotel in Kitzbühel, whose kitchen he took over. The hotel has not yet officially positioned itself on the subject.

As T-Onilne reports, Heppner will be transferred to the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe, where the details of his detention are expected to be announced.
