Barcelona make “Masia” for coaches
Barcelona are preparing to set up their own coaching school so that all coaches in their departments have the best knowledge of football.
Barcelona’s academy, known as “Masia”, is one of the best, if not the best, in the world. According to a publication by Mundodeportivo.com, the Spanish club is preparing to set up a coaching academy to produce its own coaches.
To coach them, teach them what they need to know about football and give them all the knowledge they need to work in all the Catalan teams.
A plan that will not only concern a coaching school with lessons and knowledge about football, but a school that will also have psychologists, doctors and those responsible for communication.
Because every coach not only has a team under his supervision, but also his team, made up of people with different responsibilities.
Barcelona are expected to implement their plan from the new season to get the best results as soon as possible.
