Ancelotti: ‘I’m happy about Brazil’s interest, but I want to honor my contract’
Carlo Ancelotti was asked about the interest of the Brazil national team that excites him and his Real Madrid contract that he hopes to fulfil.
Real Madrid meet Valladolid on Sunday (4/2, 5.15pm, Novasports 1HD and LIVE on Sportish) and Carlo Ancelotti addressed his usual press conference where he was asked about his future and the interests of the Brazilian FA.
He confirmed there is an approach but noted that his contract with the Merengues will be respected:
“Brazil’s interest? I like it and of course it excites me. But treaties have to be respected and I want to keep them. If the President wants to talk to me, let him and I would be happy.”
I actually like being loved, but I have a contract to respect that I want to honor. I like this club. We’ll see what happens next.”
