Jorge Mendes has traveled to Barcelona to discuss Fati’s future with Barcelona
Jorge Mendes idolized Ansu Fati upon his arrival at Barcelona, with Catalan media revealing that the famous agent will discuss the young forward’s future with both the player’s family and Barcelona.
Jorge Mendes is recognized as one of the strongest – if not the best – managers in the world, and each of his high-level meetings with a team foreshadows immediate developments. His move to Barcelona on Tuesday afternoon (05/02) also falls into this category, with the Portuguese agent expected to meet with Barcelona’s people to discuss Ansu Fati’s future.
But they won’t be the only ones he will talk to about the Spain international, as he revealed upon landing in the Catalan capital: “I’ve come to speak to the player’s family. Ansu is a great player, he showed all his worth when he was at Barcelona before the injury and he’s a phenomenon.”
