Manchester United have targeted Bono from Sevilla in a bid to find De Gea’s replacement at the goalkeeping position.

It’s difficult for De Gea to continue at Manchester United. The Spanish goalkeeper’s contract expires in the summer of 2023 and all scenarios are open.

If left, it will only come with a pay cut, which it’s not known if De Gea will accept. That’s why Manchester Reds are already looking for a replacement.

Yassin Bounu is at the top of their list. “Bono” still has a contract with Sevilla until 2024, but there is a clause in it.

Concretely, any team that wants to make it their own will have to give 30 million euros to acquire it. The Spanish club, seeing that the suits for the Moroccan goalkeeper have increased, want to tie him.

For this reason, he has put on the table a proposal for a new contract, which expires in 2026, with more than double clause. According to the Spaniards, if Bono accepts the contract extension with Sevilla, the amount a team will have to pay is 75 million.
