Bale on Ronaldo: “If we won 5-0 and he didn’t score, he would throw his shoes off in anger”
Gareth Bale has revealed some of Cristiano Ronaldo’s behaviors from his experience with him during his five years at Real Madrid.
For five years, from 2013 to 2018, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo worked together at Real Madrid and won it all.
The Welsh great, who announced his retirement from football in January, revealed some of his former team-mate’s behavior when he was angry in a VIDEO posted on social media.
“He was really good. He had his moments.” For example, if we had won 5-0 and he hadn’t scored, he would have gone into the dressing room and thrown his shoes in anger. It’s like your team won the Ryder Cup but you didn’t get a point so you’re angry.
But he was a nice guy, we didn’t have any problems. Many people might be afraid of this, but there is no reason to be.
