Ter Stegen accepts a pay cut and extends his contract at Barcelona
According to Catalan SPORT, Marc-Andre ter Stegen has accepted a pay cut and is expected to extend his contract with Barcelona until 2028.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen is expected to extend his contract at Barcelona. The German goalkeeper’s contract expires in the summer of 2025, but it should be extended.
As revealed by the Catalan SPORT, he will sign a contract until the summer of 2028 with the deal set to be formalized before the end of the summer transfer window.
In fact, Ter Stegen understands the difficult financial period Barcelona are going through and therefore accepts his salary cut.
