A Mexican who worked as an interpreter for Spain at the 2018 World Cup has accused Dani Carvajal of sexually harassing a Russian waitress. Real’s defender denied this and filed a lawsuit.

Dani Carvajal has decided to file a lawsuit against Mexican interpreter Alex Peña, who claimed the Spanish full-back asked him to tell a Russian waitress during the 2018 World Cup “that he wanted to say it organ of her neck”.

The 31-year-old Real defender, in turn, denied the statements of the former Spanish national team translator in his post and emphasized that he had already taken legal action.

The interpreter specifically revealed that he tried to approach a waitress by taking advantage of his comfort speaking Russian: “I was in the kitchen talking to them (the waitresses) and Nacho Monreal, Dani Carvajal and David de Gea came. I invited her to go out and party with them.” He argued, noting that the three players thought it was a good idea and asked him to join so they could contact them.

“We went to a hotel suite, they ordered vodka and hookah, and I acted as a translator. Suddenly Carvajal asked me to tell someone that he wanted to stick his instrument down her throat.” continued Peña, who ultimately chose to tell the woman that she had “beautiful eyes” rather than convey Carvajal’s words.

In his post, the Spanish international said: “All the information being spread about me in the press these days is completely false.

From my involvement in political parties to a sexual assault at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

I find it absolutely sad and extremely pathetic that the media has the right to write with impunity, to believe other people’s words and to tarnish my name and honor.

I have already taken legal action.
