Xavi revelation: ‘I extended with Barcelona a few days ago’
Xavi announced at the press conference that he has extended his contract with Barcelona for another year, until 2025.
Xavi will continue to sit on the Barcelona bench as the Catalan coach announced at the press conference that he had reached an agreement with the team to renew the partnership.
The extension is for one year, i.e. until 2025, with the possibility of an extension for another year. Now all that remains is the club’s announcement, in which Xavi says:
“The update has been running for days. The executive committee, the sports team and the employees have done a very good job. Last year we won two important titles. We are in the process of rebuilding and this season is confirmation.
We want a good game and good results. Last season I had the support of the President. I feel very strong. The players are having a good time. Barcelona is one Roller coaster, I’m happy and grateful.

Xavi managed Barcelona in 94 games with a record of 59 wins, 16 draws and 19 defeats.
