Finally season for Pedri
Bad news for Barcelona and Xavi who will lose Pedri for the remainder of the season as the 19-year-old has suffered a broken bone, according to the Catalan club.
As if Barcelona’s exclusion from the Europa League after the 3-2 defeat by Eintracht wasn’t enough, Pedri’s injury made things even more difficult.
As the Spanish club announced on Friday (15/4), the tests the 19-year-old has undergone revealed that he has suffered a fracture in his left bicep, with Spanish reports saying he will be out for around 6 to 8 weeks .
Nine games remain before the La Liga final, with Barcelona in second place and -12 behind Real – one game down.
This season, Pedri has played 22 games for the Blaugrana, scoring five goals and one assist.
