Concern at Real before the Ballon d’Or award due to fears of a terrorist attack
Jude Bellingham and Vinicius are expected to represent Real at the Ballon d’Or ceremony on October 30, but the Merengues have raised concerns over fears of a terrorist attack in France.
Paris is slowly putting on its holiday clothes at the football level as next Monday (October 30th) the “The Ballon d’Or ceremony will take place at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, honoring the best footballers of 2023.
The glittering event will include Jude Bellingham and Vinicius, representing Real, who themselves appear to be hesitant about allowing their two players to travel to the French capital.
The reason for this, as “Cadena Ser” reports, is the climate of insecurity and uncertainty that prevails in Europe and generally around the world due to the war situation in which the Israelis have become involved with the Palestinians, taking into account Real the fact that there were five evacuations from the Palace of Versailles last week following bomb threats.
