Fernandes under a post that “sends” him to Barcelona: “April Fool’s Day has arrived”
A Portuguese article linked Bruno Fernandes to Barcelona, but the Portuguese wanted to respond by writing that the April Fool’s joke had come and also talked about poor journalism.
For the past few days, the transfer scenarios have wanted Bruno Fernandes on Barcelona’s list, with the Manchester United Portuguese midfielder being the Catalans’ plan B in case they fail to take over Erling Halland.
However, the 27-year-old midfielder wanted to put an end to the rumors sending him to Barcelona this summer. Fernandez in particular responded with humor in a Portuguese article that said he was proposed to Barcelona and is being considered as an option.
Leaving no room, the Portuguese indirectly but clearly described the report as funny after noting that the April Fool’s joke likely came earlier, while even speaking of poor journalism.
“And I thought we had changed the year a few days ago and we’re finally on April 1st. Or is it just bad journalism again?“wrote the ace of Manchester United.
