Bellingham and Vinicius will be honored at the 67th Ballon d’Or ceremony
At Real Madrid it seems it’s all about the ‘Best Young Player’ and the ‘Socrates Award’, as Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior are the big favorites respectively.
According to reports, the Real Madrid prodigy and future leader of the Merengues will be the winner “Cup Prize”which is awarded annually at the Ballon d’Or ceremony to the best young player of the previous season. The Englishman receives the award based on his performances last season (2022/2023) at Dortmund.
As for the other “Queen” player, Mr Vinicius Jr is the big favorite for “Socrates Prize”which is awarded to footballers who promote their social personality.
In particular, the Brazilian winger is expected to receive the price in question for his annual investment Vini Jr. Institute, an educational app for poor students. A charity project will cost 335,000 euros in 2022, over 1 million in 2023 and 2.5 million in 2024.
