Spanish media: “Diego Martinez is on Sevilla’s list”
The Spanish media puts former Olympiacos coach Diego Martinez on the Sevilla bench.
Diego Martinez has been a thing of Olympiacos’ past for a few days now. The Spanish coach is looking for his new professional home and it cannot be ruled out that he is in his home country.
Spanish media reports that Martinez is on Sevilla’s list, with Fichajegoleador reporting that there have already been contacts between the parties involved.
Diego Alonso is currently sitting on the bench of the team from Andalusia. However, Sevilla’s image and results make its future uncertain.
Specifically, Sevilla lost 1-0 against Mallorca on Saturday (September 12th) and is in 16th place in the La Liga standings with just 13 points.
