Heracles said “no” to the European Super League: “We refuse to participate, sorry Mr. Perez”
PAE Iraklis gave a humorous dimension to the latest developments in the European Super League and announced that it would not take part in the newly formed competition.
As the European Super League tries to turn European football on its head by taking over the organization of the games instead of FIFA and UEFA, the announcements of the teams declaring their opponents are chained.
In this context, Heraklis wanted to make a more humorous “note” and announce that he too would not take part in the event but would remain loyal to the European federation.
In fact, he did not fail to apologize to the president of Real, Florentino Perez, who is one of the pioneers of the European Super League.
“PAE Iraklis refuses to take part in the newly founded European Super League. It remains loyal to UEFA and will continue to participate in the Greek Championship.”
