Bale has joined Real Madrid’s squad and hopes to play after 144 days
Carlo Ancelotti has included Gareth Bale in Real’s squad for the Copa del Rey away game against Elche and the Welshman has a chance to play in meringue games inactive after 26 straight games.
A day before the away game at Elche for 16th place in the Copa del Rey (20/1, 20:00, COSMOTE SPORT 2 HD and LIVE by Sportish), Carlo Ancelotti announced Real’s mission and it has reached the point, on which he will be considered … news every time he belongs to the elite of the Italian manager.
This is Gareth Bale who is back on mission after 38 days and will have an opportunity to participate in a meringue game after 144 days.
As unbelievable as it may seem, the Welsh winger has been at Real since August 28 and notably has not taken time to play in any of the last 26 games in all competitions, which is his worst record since wearing her shirt.
“Bale will be on the mission, he’s available to us. He didn’t follow the team to Saudi Arabia but stayed in Spain to train and he’s ready. Like all players, he can play more or less. We will see.” Ancelotti said at a press conference on Tuesday.
It is noted that since Bale’s last Real Madrid appearance, the Welshman has been injured most of the time while he has only been able to take part in Wales national team games.
