Martial moves to Sevilla, deals sealed with Manchester United
Sevilla add a significant transfer in January, with Andalusians shaking hands with Anthony Martial and Manchester United to take on the France international.
With a week to go before the end of the winter transfer window, Sevilla are closing a lot as they will own a player with many football appearances from European stadiums in Anthony Martial.
As announced by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano late Monday evening (24/01), the French striker will move from Manchester United to Sevilla, a team that has been a priority for him to continue his career, with the Andalusians agreeing from the player himself.
According to the report, the six-time Europa League holder has agreed to cover her salary until the end of the season, with Martial expected to fly to Spain in the next few hours to actually start the countdown to signing his new team.
It is noted that Martial has been a member of Manchester United for 6.5 years (acquired by Monaco in 2015) and during that time has scored 79 goals in 269 games for English club North.
