Paris: The deadline for Ebape to respond to the astronomical proposal
Paris have presented a new proposal for Killian Ebape’s contract extension and are now waiting for his response until March 15, according to Sport.
Paris is doing everything to keep Killian Ebape in the “Parc des Princes”, at least financially. The ‘white’ check from Qatar has been translated into a proposal of €60,000,000 a year but the 23-year-old striker hasn’t responded yet.
His contract expires on June 30 and he already has the right to speak to any team or to sign a preliminary contract. He did it with Real and believes the ‘Merenges’ can provide him with financial security, so he’s in no hurry to respond to Paris’ proposal.
According to RMC Sport’s French journalist, Loic Tanzi, Ebape wants to be at the center of a project that satisfies him and, above all, that he expects to hear from the teams he speaks to.
Paris’ project is clearer having been a key member for years, but with the simultaneous presence of Lionel Messi and Neymar it makes one wonder if it takes center stage. Nevertheless, he has until March 15 to reply whether he is satisfied with the overall Paris proposal to expand cooperation between the two sides.
Catalan sport revealed the deadline the French had given the international footballer, indicating that the club wants to know if they will have this money available for the new season’s budget or if they have to tie it for Ebape .
Nevertheless, the publication points out that Real is also expected to move before March 15 so as not to leave Ebape’s signature to chance, even if both sides are said to have found it orally.
Paris and Real will battle it out in their second match for the Champions League round of 16 at competitive level on March 9th, while there will be an uncompetitive battle for Ebape all showing it will end within the month.
