Lille returned to positive results in Ligue 1 as they defeated Nantes 1-0 at home thanks to a goal from Amando Onanas and stayed within walking distance of the leaders in Europe.
Lille joined from the home of Nantes in the 29th Ligue 1 game, going 1-0 thanks to Amando Onanas’ 41st-minute goal and earning a jump in the fight for the European ticket.
Guvernek’s team dominated most of the game and deservedly took three points. He even clinched the win by playing a player down for about half an hour as Timothy Way, an offense reported by VAR, was dismissed.
