Asensio and Ugarte undergo a medical and are announced by Paris
Paris are taking their first steps into the summer transfer window, with Asensio and Ugarte undergoing medicals and then being announced by the Parisians.
Paris Saint-Germain are gearing up for their first transfers this summer. Two footballers are already in Paris to finalize the details and put their signatures.
Marco Asensio said goodbye to Real on Sunday (June 4), from whom he remains free. He will undergo a medical in Paris and then sign a contract until June 2027.
The second major change for the Parisians is Manuel Ugarte. Paris will also pay Sporting €60m to sign the 22-year-old Uruguayan defensive midfielder, who will sign by the summer of 2028.
Sporting signed Ugarte from Famalicao in August 2021 for a fee of €10.5m and made 85 appearances for the Lisbon club in all competitions.
