Marseille gives Guduzzi to Lazio Rome for 18 million euros
The fateful Matteo Guduzzi in the Marseille game against Panathinaikos will continue his career at Lazio as Marseille have settled with Lazio instead of 18 million euros, according to RMC.
After two years in Marseille, Matteo Guduzzi is preparing to leave Marseille. As reported by RMC, the Marseilles have reached an agreement with Lazio Roma worth 18 million euros plus bonuses.
Only the final details remain to finalize the transfer of the 24-year-old midfielder, who has a contract until 2025, to Lazio.
The France international made his debut for Marseille on loan from Arsenal in the summer of 2021 and signed him a year later for €11m.
We remind you that in the rematch against Panathinaikos at the Velodrome, Gedouzi was crucial to the elimination of his team, since he was initially the one who conceded a penalty that Ioannidis executed and sent the game into overtime while he was also in the penalty shootout he was defeated by Brignoli.
