Wijnaldum signed for Al Etifak
Georginio Wijnaldum has found his new club in Saudi Arabia, while Paris Saint-Germain have announced an agreement with Al-Etifaq for his transfer
Georginio Wijnaldum was on the list of Paris Saint-Germain players not counted as the club looked to empty the squad, cut wage bills and save money for Financial Fair Play for the new season.
The 32-year-old Dutchman has found his new footballing home in Saudi Arabia, with the Parisians negotiating €8m with Al Etifaq.
The veteran midfielder has signed a contract until 2026. He was on loan at Roma last season, scoring two goals and one assist in 23 games.
