Verratti leaves Paris: verbal agreement with Al Arabi from Qatar
After eleven years, Marco Verratti from Paris is a thing of the past as the 30-year-old midfielder has reached an agreement with Al Arabi and will move to Qatar.
Marco Verratti becomes a “Qatarian”. The 30-year-old Italian midfielder has reached a verbal agreement with Al Arabi and will be in Doha in the next 24 hours for the deal to be officially finalized.
Ten days ago, Paris found an amount of 45 million euros with the team from Qatar and is therefore the winner of the case.
Verratti, who was not in the plans this season, has been playing for the Parisians since 2012, when they brought him in from Pescara for 12 million euros.
With Paris, the Italian midfielder has made 416 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and providing 61 assists.
