Enrique’s new outburst against a journalist: “You only see the negative, you don’t understand anything”
Luis Enrique couldn’t escape the excitement despite Paris’ away win against Rennes. The Spaniard lashed out after being asked by a reporter on television if his team could improve anything.
The game against Newcastle was painful for Luis Enrique, not only because Paris had to leave the second matchday of the Champions League groups with a heavy defeat (4-1) against England, but also because a question irritated him at the press conference Journalist on whether it was difficult for him to coach the French champions.
The impressive thing is that the Spaniard cannot calm down even after victories, as the home game against Rennes proved on Sunday evening (October 8th), when he was asked by journalist Alexandre Ruiz if Paris could improve things about their game.
“You only see the negative, it’s amazing! And in every interview… The most negative person in the history of football!”
Last time we won 4-1 and he told me we deserved to lose. For me, Rennes was better in the first 25 minutes and then I thought, either we will improve or it will be complicated for us.”Enrique emphasized first, adding meaningfully:
“These guys are not machines and football is full of phases. The boys understand, it’s you (the journalist interviewing him) who doesn’t understand.”
That’s what I think when you ask me specific questions.
