Stones on Lyon coach before game against Marseille, Grosso injured in face
Unknown people threw stones at the Lyon coach on the way to the Velodrome for the game against Marseille, injuring Lyon coach Fabio Grosso.
There were serious incidents before Marseille’s clash against Lyon at the Velodrome on matchday 10 of Ligue 1.
Unknown people threw stones at the coach of the “thugs” as he was on his way to the stadium and injured club coach Fabio Grosso in the face.
According to French media, the attackers were Marseille fans who threw stones at the vehicle.
Half of the coach’s windows shattered, and in addition to Grosso, his assistant Raffaele Longo also suffered an eye injury.
