Neymar to the fans: ‘I’ll be here for three more years so stop congratulating me’
After winning the league with Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar wanted to send a message to the fans of the team who have criticized him widely this season, pointing out that he has a contract for another three years.
Some poor performances by Paris Saint-Germain, but also being eliminated from the Champions League round of 16, had turned Paris into a boiling cauldron.
Neymar, like Lionel Messi, was one of the players to be criticized several times by the world team, with the Brazilian naturally receiving the biggest ‘congratulations’, which made him tired.
After winning the (math) championship, the 30-year-old wanted to send a message to his Parisian friends, reminding him that his contract is still three years old.
“I still have a contract with Paris Saint-Germain”, emphasized ESPN Argentina after the draw (1:1) with Lance and added: “I’m staying here for three more years, so stop cheering or you’ll need more air.”
