Killian Ebape decided to stay in Paris, rejecting Real Madrid. Now only the “unknown” contract with the Parisians has to be signed.

Killian Ebape will continue his career at Paris Saint-Germain. Despite Real Madrid’s tight branding, the 23-year-old French superstar decided to extend his contract with the Parisians, which expired on June 30 this year.

The Parisians are offering Ebape a net annual salary of 50,000,000 euros and a signing bonus that will reach 100,000,000. According to Equipe, he has agreed for three years, while the first talks lasted two years. At the same time, it gives him full control over the project. Now only the signatures remain to formalize the deal.

The Madrilenians offered 50,000,000 euros until 2024 and 120 million euros as a signing bonus. However, Ebape decided not to leave the Parisians. In fact, reports said the Frenchman had been pressured by the Macron government not to leave Paris.

The French midfielder called Real Madrid president Florentino Perez on Saturday afternoon (21/05) to tell him that he would renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.

Ebape has played for Paris Saint-Germain since 2017. The Parisians spent €145m to make him their own in the summer of 2018.

He has featured in 216 games for the Parisians in all competitions. He has scored 168 goals while dishing out 87 assists. He has celebrated four French leagues, three cups, two league cups and three French super cups in Paris.
