Referring to his contract with Paris and the scenarios for his possible exit, Neymar stressed that he will not leave but also that he wants to win the Champions League with the Parisians.

Neymar isn’t thinking of leaving Paris Saint-Germain before his contract expires and stressed in his interview to Canal + that his goal is to win the Champions League with the team next season.

At the same time, the Brazilian star referenced Killian Ebape’s decision to stay in Paris while also discussing Lionel Messi and his difficulties in adjusting to Paris after so many years at Barcelona.

“I confess that I didn’t know until the last minute that Ebape would stay. I found out the day before the announcement. I was very glad Killian decided to stay. I think the Paris project is the right thing for his career I think it’s good that he’s staying with the team for a few more years, that he’s trying to win the Champions League in his country with his city’s team, so I think that it is the right choice.

Maybe he’ll change his mind and want to play for another team in the future, but that his decision is right now. Having players like Killian on the team is always very important.

Leo has spent many years in Barcelona. It’s difficult to adapt, it’s difficult to change groups and cities. He also came with his family. The language is also different. There are many things that make the situation difficult. Team play style is different and players don’t understand how he plays.

So none of this helps. Leo, Killian and I are players who are always judged on performance, stats, titles we’ve won. We are aware of our responsibility and therefore always try to do our best.

My ambition is the same. To win every possible title. I want to play well and win the World Cup and the Champions League. Those are my ambitions for next season. Must be near Paris. “I have a contract with the team so there is no other choice.”
