With Clermont, Paris made its debut in the new Ligue 1, on October 16 the first derby with Marseille

The new Ligue 1 season kicks off over the three days of August 5th, 6th and 7th, when champions Paris play at Clermont headquarters and Marseille host Reims. The derby between the two teams on October 16th at the “Parc des Princes”

The starting signal for the new league in France’s top division was given on Friday afternoon (17/6) after the Ligue 1 draw, which saw the champions Paris with Messi, Ebape and Neymar play away against Clermont and on to the 2nd of the last year Ligue 1, Marseille, host of Reims.
