Donaroma: “Winning the French championship is not as easy as it seems”
Gianluigi Donaruma was crowned French champion in his first season in Paris Saint-Germain, but he stressed on the team’s official channel that the championship is not as easy as it might seem.
Gianluigi Donaroma beat the Paris Saint-Germain people, which is why they decided to use him as their first goalkeeper before Kaylor Navas.
His contribution to winning the championship was significant as he managed to keep it intact on six in the 16 games in which he defended the Parisians’ home.
However, on the team’s official channel, he clarified that winning Ligue 1 is not as easy as it might seem, stressing that it is a competitive league.
“It’s nice to win my first division here in Paris as it’s also the 10th for the club. It wasn’t easy to digest being excluded from the Champions League, but the championship comforted us.
From the outside it might seem simple, but it’s not what it seems. There are very strong teams and it’s not easy at all to play in certain stadiums”while supporting in relation to Kaylor Navas:
