Tudor was ‘closed’ in Marseille and will be Sampaoli’s replacement
Former PAOK coach Igor Tudor is expected to replace Jorge Sampaoli on the Marseille bench after both sides reach an agreement, Equipe report.
Marseille have found a replacement for Jorge Sampaoli in former PAOK coach Igor Tudor, who Equipe say is ready to take over as Marseille’s technical lead.
The two sides have reached an agreement with the 44-year-old Croatian ready to sign a two-year deal. The last stop was Hellas Verona, who mutually announced the end of their partnership last May.
Tudor sat on the Dikefalo bench for almost a season, taking over in the summer of 2015 until March 2016 when PAOK also finished 4th.
