Tsingaras is positive for Toulouse
PAOK’s negotiations with the French are in full swing and the player is positive about the prospect of playing in Ligue 1.
Lambros’ departure to Excelsior is an easy task for PAOK as the footballer was not considered by Razvan Lucescu.
The case of Haris Tsingaras is different as PAOK aren’t quite sure what they want to do with the 22-year-old midfielder.
The negotiations for the Greek medium with the toulouse continue and developments should be expected immediately as transfer time is also pressing.
Tsingara’s loan deal is being discussed – although the French were reportedly even discussing signing the young midfielder at first. The player will play for a year after the deal is finalized and Toulouse can buy his rights in the summer
The player’s discussions with Lucescu
Tsingaras, who was a major contributor to Dikefalos’ face-change after the disastrous November last year, recently spoke to Razvan Lucescu about his status in the team.
In these talks, which took place after PAOK’s ban from European competitions, the Romanian coach had made it clear to the young midfielder that he was counting on him, however that he is not among his main options at the moment.
The two also discussed the issue with his abs, which needed to be addressed in order to get playing time.
Participation in friendlies of PAOK B
Tsingaras recovered, entered training sessions and played one half in PAOK II’s recent friendly against Kampaniakos on Friday.
His participation in Dikefalo’s second friendly had to do with the need to get playing time after his return to regular training. He didn’t take part in what Pablo Garcia’s team did with Panserraikos at Serres yesterday as interest from Toulouse picked up.
The truth is that Tsingaras is not happy with his role at PAOK. Therefore, his side looked for alternatives. However, there has been interest from other teams from different leagues and the footballer is positive about the prospects for France and Toulouse.
The decision to release him is difficult to make as PAOK doesn’t have a player with the characteristics of Tsingaras in the ‘6’ position, whatever that means for Razvan Lucescu.
