United will let Ronaldo go in the summer if he wants, the English write
Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Manchester United remains uncertain, with the Sunday Mirror claiming the English club will allow the Portuguese star to leave at the end of the season if he so chooses.
Manchester United made a temporary return to the Premier League quartet after beating Brighton (2-0) last Wednesday (February 16), but problems remain and Cristiano Ronaldo’s future remains uncertain.
The Portuguese star’s return to Old Trafford can only be described as a dream, with Ralph Rangnik mentioning the 37-year-old in his recent remarks didn’t score enough goals and how he should score more often.
There is reportedly a huge rift between the two men as Ronaldo believes the Germany boss doesn’t have the skills to coach United. There are many scenarios for his future, many of which speak of a departure next summer.
According to the Sunday Mirror, the Portugal international may be tied to a contract until 2023 but if he decides to leave at the end of the season the team won’t stand in his way.
