Ten Hach is waiting for the Manchester United players for the morning training session after seven
Resting his players after the crash at Anfield, Erik ten Hach set up a Monday morning training session at 9am, with the Dutch manager arriving at the training ground two hours early.
Manchester United traveled to ‘Anfield’ with a very good mentality for the mother of battles, having won the League Cup against Newcastle seven days earlier (their first title since 2017), but they landed uneventfully at the home of their great rivals.
Klopp’s men ‘smelt blood’ in the second half as Ten Haag’s men left their defense exposed and scored goal after goal. In the final, the Reds triumphed with an unreal 7-0, which is also the highest result in the club’s history for two teams.
“Our second half was unprofessional,” Erik ten Hach admitted in his comment in the mixed zone, pointing to the following day in the Red Devils camp.
Unlike Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who opted to rest his players last year, the Dutchman started training normally the day after the home defeat to Liverpool (0-5), with English media reporting that the start time was on Monday was at 9am and arrived in Carrington two hours early.
Casemiro, De Gea and Garnazzo were among the first to show up at the training ground, leading some of them not to make any statements and rush to the training ground to avoid an unwanted encounter with a TV camera.
