Aston Villa – Arsenal 0-1: In position for the Champions League
Arsenal reported their defeat to Liverpool midweek after victoriously defeating Birmingham, beating Aston Villa 1-0 and cementing themselves in 4th place with +4 from Manchester United and fewer games.

The Gunners were superior in the first half, pressed the hosts and were rewarded with the end of half an hour of play, when in the continuous phase, where the ball did not leave the penalty area, the villains – the best player in London – Saka fired with his left hand Height of the large area and defeated Martines (0-1).
That aim was to stay through to the final and give the Gunners the treble and fifth straight away win in the Championship as Arsenal were in control in the sequel and actually accepted minimal threat of the tie.
At no point in the game could Gerrard’s players put any real pressure on and stress the Londoners out. Their best moment came in the latter stages of the game and a faked foul by Coutinho that forced Leno to perform a difficult operation in his left corner.
