Manchester United shake hands with Fernandes on a new contract until 2027
Manchester United have agreed with Bruno Fernandez on an early extension of the partnership until the summer of 2027.
Manchester United have reached an agreement with Bruno Fernandes to extend the partnership until the summer of 2027, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Portuguese midfielder is being rewarded with the United shirt by the Red Devils management for his good performances as he is one of the few players to stand out from the side’s existing squad. Romano does not mention in detail in his post what concerns the financial part.
Fernandes was acquired by Sporting in January 2020 after signing until the summer of 2025 with the possibility of extending the partnership for another year. Overall, he has scored 49 goals and provided 39 assists in 117 appearances while wearing the United shirt in all competitions.
