Nottingham is close to Batshuayi
Nottingham Forest are close to signing Micky Batshuayi, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Micky Batshuayi has been shortlisted by Nottingham since January and according to Fabrizio Romano he is now close to a Premier League return after a year’s absence.
Negotiations with Fenerbahce are at a good point and now some final details need to be sorted out in order to finalize the deal between the two sides.
The 29-year-old Belgian forward has been with Fenerbahce since the summer of 2022 and his contract expires in 2024. In total, he made 38 appearances for the Turkish team, scoring 22 goals and providing three assists.
In the past, he has also worn the jersey of Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Valencia, among others.
