The number of fans leaving the stadiums before the end of the game is steadily increasing. According to polls of fans of Premier League teams, Manchester United fans are the number one choice when it comes to leaving the stadium early.
A total of 1,303 people were surveyed between July 26 and August 1, and 23% admitted to having left at least one game early in the 2022-2023 season.
The most common reason for early departure is to avoid overcrowding. 35% give this answer and 30% say they are leaving because their team lost.
