Harry Maguire has lost his place in Manchester United’s starting lineup but not his confidence in his abilities. The England international expressed confidence that he will play several games this season.

There is no doubt that his move from Leicester to Manchester United has not proven successful for Manchester United so far, with Harry Maguire not only failing to honor the €87 million spent on him in the summer of 2019, but now Erik ten Hach’s plans for the original form are also no longer there.

In fact, he was on the verge of a move to West Ham and simply let the deal with the Conference League defending champions fall through at the last minute, the Red Devils.

“I wasn’t in the starting line-up in the first four games of the season. I would like to play football. West Ham? We didn’t come to an agreement. “Manchester United were happy for me to stay and I was happy to fight for my place in the team.”emphasized the 30-year-old full-back in his interview with “Express”, adding meaningfully:

“I can handle criticism. The first four weeks were tough because there was only one game a week and the manager didn’t pick me, but there are still a lot of games to come. I am sure I will take part in many games.”
