Ten Hach on Sancho: “The club asked me to be strict”
Eric Ten Haan was asked about the case of Jadon Sancho and Anthony and stressed that he had been asked by Manchester United to set strict rules.
Manchester United have announced that Jadon Sancho will train alone from now on following his public row with Erik ten Haag. In fact, Athletic wrote that the Englishman refused to apologize to his coach.
The Manchester United coach was asked about Sancho and avoided answering: “Everything has been said about him. As I said, my squad is strong, with a good spirit and good attitude.”
He then emphasized that he had been asked to be strict by the club: “The meaning is rigor. The club asked me to do this because there was no good culture before the end of last season.”
