Manchester City shook hands with Erling Halland’s representatives and are expected to complete the Norwegian striker’s transfer in the near future, making him the highest-paid player in the Premier League.
Manchester City have reached an agreement with Erling Halland’s representatives and are expected to make the Norwegian striker their own next summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the obstacle that has existed for agendas’ commissions is expected to be overcome as Halland becomes the highest-paid footballer in the Premier League with a weekly income of €600,000.
In fact, the citizens should conclude the agreement within the next week and activate the 75 million euro clause in Dortmund. The Westphalians hoped to keep Halland in the Ruhr for another year, but their efforts were unlikely to be successful.
This year, the 21-year-old striker has made just 26 appearances for Dortmund in all competitions due to injury problems, but has scored 25 goals, including 20 in the Bundesliga.
