Finally Ed Woodward from February 1st to replace Richard Arnold
Ed Woodward will step down from his leadership role at Manchester United effective January 31st. The “Red Devils” announce that Richard Arnold will be his successor.
Ed Woodward is expected to leave Manchester United on February 2nd to take on the post of CEO of the Red Devils. He will do the same for the role of “Executive Vice President” he has taken on.
He will be replaced by Richard Arnold (from February 1), who until recently served Manchester United as the team’s group director.
Ed Woodward pays the price for his poor management of the team and the criticism that culminated in the events of the European Super League and the revolt of the Red Devils friends against Liverpool.
