The jokes on the Liverpool bench between Tsimika – Thiago in the derby at United
Costas Tsimikas has developed a very friendly relationship with Thiago Alcantara, as evidenced by the TV lens that zoomed in on the two players on the Liverpool bench just ahead of the derby final with United.
After his impressive performance in the FA Cup semi-final against City, Thiago Alcantara scored the perfect result in the league derby with Manchester United, which deservedly earned him the title of MVP of the game and a standing ovation at the time of his move.
This happened in the 80th minute when the naturalized Spanish midfielder took a seat on the Liverpool bench and appeared to be having fun there with Costas Tsimikas at his side, while the TV camera recorded the two team-mates and good friends joking and even handed in the hand in front of their mouths so no one can “translate” their conversations.
