Manchester United: Bomb threat at Maguire’s home, pyrotechnics investigated
Harry Maguire told police he had received a threat to plant a bomb in his home. Investigations by pyrotechnicians who discovered no explosive device.
THAT Harry Maguire received a threat to plant a bomb in his home where he lives with his fiancé and their two children, as first broadcast by Sky Sports and crossed by police and those close to the Manchester United leader.
The police searched the home of the 29-year-old England international with pyrotechnics and found no explosive device.
“In the last 24 hours, Harry has received a serious threat at his home. He reported this to the police, who are investigating the matter. The safety of his family and those around him is Harry’s top priority. He will continue to prepare us for the next game as usual and will not comment on the matter for the time being.” said a spokesman for Maguire.
